Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, although a bit dated, were still nice and comfortable. However, there were some maintenance issues like a creaky floor and a leaking bathtub. The service was friendly and accommodating, meeting the expectations for a Hilton Garden Inn. The location was pleasant overall, but some areas needed updating. The dining experience was okay, but I found it to be slightly below the standard I expected. Despite some drawbacks, I enjoyed certain aspects of the facilities provided.
My stay at the hotel was a bit mixed. The rooms, while pretty outdated and with a musty smell due to a thermostat issue, were okay for a few nights. The carpets were badly stained, and the TV was old-fashioned. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and helpful, but I did face some challenges with the room key not working. The dinner grill was just average, and they did take me to a restaurant. The location was convenient, close to the Tulsa airport, but there were indications that the hotel might be at risk of losing the Hilton Garden Inn franchise. The dining experience was not great, with issues like a late setup and early takedown of meals, alongside additional charges. Despite these concerns, the hotel was overall comfortable and had helpful staff.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location was convenient for airport departures, but the noise from the planes and trains was a downside. The rooms had issues like a creaky floor and leaking bathtub, but the staff's warm and helpful service made up for some of these drawbacks.
